Applications and eligibility

How ZenAuto applications and vehicle eligibility work

Anyone may submit a free ZenAuto application, but vehicle service contracts are currently available only to approved customers. An application lets ZenAuto review basic vehicle and contact information. It does not guarantee approval, start coverage, or create a charge.

Can anyone apply for a ZenAuto vehicle service contract?

Yes. Anyone may submit a ZenAuto application. Coverage is currently limited to approved customers, so applying does not guarantee that a contract will be available. ZenAuto reviews the vehicle, location, and options open at that time before communicating the next step.

Does it cost anything to apply?

No. A ZenAuto application is free and does not commit you to buy. Coverage begins only after an approved customer accepts an available option, completes any required payment, and receives the written contract and confirmation.

What happens if I apply and am not approved?

ZenAuto will still add you to the notification list for general availability. You will receive an email when ZenAuto no longer requires applications for access. You may unsubscribe from those availability notices at any time.

Is my car too old or does it have too many miles?

Not necessarily. Vehicle age and mileage matter, but eligibility may also depend on the make, model, condition, use, title history, modifications, location, and plans available when you apply. The application is the simplest way to learn whether an option may fit your vehicle.

What information do I need for the application?

The initial application asks for your name, email, state, ZIP code, and the year, make, model, and approximate mileage of your vehicle. It does not ask for a VIN, Social Security number, driver license number, payment information, or account credentials.
