ZenAuto works to make its digital experiences perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Our current design and testing program uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a practical benchmark.
Measures we take
- Semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and link text
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and forms
- Visible focus indicators and skip navigation
- Color contrast and layouts that adapt to text size and smaller screens
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Status messages that assistive technology can announce
- Automated and manual checks in multiple browser engines
Compatibility
The website is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older or heavily customized software may behave differently. Third-party content may have separate accessibility limitations.

Tell us the page, task, assistive technology if relevant, and preferred response method. Do not include sensitive information.
Alternative access
ZenAuto will make reasonable efforts to provide information or help complete a process through an accessible alternative when a digital barrier cannot be resolved immediately.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is reviewed as the website and application process change. Feedback is used to prioritize repairs and improve future releases.
