Do not submit a VIN, Social Security number, driver license number, financial account, payment card, password, medical information, or other sensitive information through the initial application or contact form.

If an application progresses, we may receive eligibility or contract administration information from business partners as described at that time.

5. No sale of application information
ZenAuto does not sell application or contact-form personal information for money. ZenAuto does not use application information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement does not prevent disclosures to service providers or contract-related parties described in this Policy.
6. Email choices
Every applicant is enrolled for general availability notices. You may unsubscribe using the link or instructions in an availability or marketing email. We may still send application responses, security messages, legal notices, and other nonpromotional communications.
7. Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described, including application management, availability notices, support, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. Retention varies by record type and legal need. We may retain consent and suppression records longer so we can honor communication choices.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information. No system or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for using a secure device and protecting your email account.
9. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain uses, by contacting hello@zenauto.com. Rights vary by location and may be subject to verification, exceptions, retention duties, and legal limits. You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits.
10. Children
The website is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the application process.

ZenAuto operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in another jurisdiction.
