Eligibility depends on more than the name on the trunk. These are some of the details that may shape the options available to you.
- Age and mileage: Plans may set maximum vehicle age, mileage, or a combination of both.
- Condition and history: Prior damage, title history, modifications, use, and preexisting problems may matter.
- Make and model: Some vehicles, equipment, commercial uses, or specialty models may not qualify.
- Where you live: Plans and terms can vary from one state to another.
- What is open now: ZenAuto is accepting applications while coverage remains limited to approved customers.

The first step is intentionally simple.
We do not need your VIN, driver license number, Social Security number, date of birth, bank account, or payment card for the initial application. If we need more later, we will tell you why and provide an appropriate way to send it.
