1. Your consent
By submitting a ZenAuto application or checking an electronic consent box, you consent to receive records and communications relating to the website, application, availability program, and your requests electronically. These may include confirmations, disclosures, terms, privacy notices, updates, requests for information, and general availability notices.
2. Delivery methods
ZenAuto may provide electronic records by email, website display, downloadable document, or link to a record. You should retain copies for your records. Contract-specific electronic delivery may be subject to an additional consent from the provider, administrator, or other contracting party.
3. Availability notices
Every applicant is enrolled to receive ZenAuto general availability notices by email. You may unsubscribe from promotional or availability notices at any time using the instructions in the message. Unsubscribing does not withdraw consent for application responses, legal notices, security communications, or records required to complete a transaction you request.
4. Hardware and software
To access and retain electronic records, you need a device with internet access, a current browser, an active email address, and software capable of displaying HTML and PDF files. You also need storage or printing capability. Contact ZenAuto if you cannot access a record.
5. Keep your information current
Notify ZenAuto at hello@zenauto.com if your email address changes. A communication sent to the address you provided may be treated as delivered to the extent permitted by law.
6. Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of an electronic ZenAuto record by emailing hello@zenauto.com with enough detail to identify it. ZenAuto does not currently charge for reasonable paper copies of website or application records, but postage or third-party contract copy terms may apply if disclosed in advance.
7. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw this consent by emailing hello@zenauto.com. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect records already delivered or consent already acted upon. If electronic delivery is required for a requested process, withdrawal may prevent ZenAuto from continuing that process electronically.
