ZenAuto® is a registered service mark of ZenAuto, LLC, United States Registration No. 8,335,313, registered July 7, 2026. The registration covers identified services relating to motor vehicle extended warranties, service contracts, warranty claims administration, and vehicle repair information.
Open Road identity
The ZenAuto Open Road symbol, logo configurations, visual identity, slogans, page designs, and related brand elements are owned by ZenAuto, LLC or used under applicable rights. The absence of a trademark symbol does not waive any right.
Permitted references
You may use the word ZenAuto in truthful, nonmisleading text to identify ZenAuto, LLC or discuss its services. Use should not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, sponsorship, or affiliation that does not exist.
Prohibited uses
Without prior written permission, do not use ZenAuto marks in a business name, domain, social account, application name, advertising keyword presentation, logo, product name, or manner likely to cause confusion. Do not alter the Open Road logo, imitate the ZenAuto visual identity, or use the marks in deceptive, disparaging, unlawful, or counterfeit materials.
Third-party marks
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a vehicle make, government resource, or other third party does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
